Official Delegation Accreditation System
Each parliament of the participating countries, partner countries or invited institutions must appoint a Delegate Accreditation Officer (DAO), who will be responsible for coordinating the registration process for their delegation.
The accreditation process is an invitation-based system. Invitations will be sent by e-mail to the people indicated by the DAO. It is not possible to register directly via the accreditation website.
The DAO must indicate who will be the Head of Delegation with the indication "HoD". The other participants in the delegation should be indicated as "Delegate".
Enquiries about participant accreditation should be sent to the following e-mail address: accreditation.Brics@cn.leg.br
Bilateral meetingsThe 11th Brics Parliamentary Forum will have bilateral meeting rooms, which will be available on both days of the event. Bookings can be made directly on the accreditation system by anyone accredited for the Brics PF.4: Each delegation can make up to two 30-minute bookings per day and per room. To book a room for bilateral meetings, the participant must enter the electronic accreditation system.
